The team is composed of people with various backgrounds. The founders are one Canadian family, a Dutch family and a Thai millennial.
The families have children in the same age as our target group. This is motivating them even more to stimulate children which are
less fortunate. On top of that, they believe that The Millennials are super crucial to build the future of Thailand. Their ways of
thinking and their view how we can make Thailand an even better place to be is important for Learning Compass. Besides the board-members
they are in frequent contact with other Millennials in order to stay closely connected to Thai society.
All board members and team members work voluntarily, no remuneration is in place.

network she and the other board members have, she hopes to give back something to the country she is living in by promising
a brighter future to a few of these children. She believes that education is a key factor for development.
